“Fast on Friday. I see a nation, ‘NY’. This is what I see. Open your lips and pray for a nation ‘NY’. ‘NY’ is part of that country. For God’s protection. What I saw in the vision is what I am telling you. The way I see it is the way I’m presenting it”.

On Sunday 18th January 2009, during the live service at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, Prophet T.B. Joshua gave a prophetic revelation concerning a nation where ‘NY’ was a part and a call to pray on the day of Friday. He said:
 “Fast on Friday. I see a nation, ‘NY’. This is what I see. Open your lips and pray for a nation ‘NY’. ‘NY’ is part of that country. For God’s protection. What I saw in the vision is what I am telling you. The way I see it is the way I’m presenting it”.

In the second live Service that same Sunday, the man of God gave a call to pray and fast on the 13th of the month of February. He said:
“February 13 – we should pray for the whole world. The Lord showed me the country. But February 13 – I’m seeing like, that--- If the Lord will change it. If it is not changeable, I will speak out.”
Exactly as Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied, a Continental Airlines plane crashed into a home near Buffalo, New York, at 3:20am (GMT), February 13th 2009, killing all 49 passengers on board and one person on the ground.

“Open your lips and pray for a nation ‘NY’. ‘NY’ is part of that country.”
The news headline clearly bore the letters, ‘NY’, just as Prophet T.B. Joshua said,
Throughout that Friday 13th, the shocking story dominated the international media. Continental Connection Flight 3407, operated by Colgan Air, was on route from Newark, New Jersey, when it went down, said Bill Peat with New York State Emergency Management in Albany. The crash occurred about seven miles from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, in the state of New York, USA.

On the morning of Friday 13th February 2009, witnesses surveyed the aftermath of the tragic plane crash.

David Luce, who lives about 150 yards from the crash scene, told the Buffalo News that he had also heard the plane and noticed it was making a strange sound."I can't imagine that anyone survived it," he said. "If you heard that explosion, and you saw how fast the whole area was on fire, it was pretty clear that it was jet fuel burning…It sounded quite loud, and then the sound stopped," Luce said. "Then one or two seconds later, there was a thunderous explosion. I thought something hit our house. It shook our whole house."

The date and day of the crash is in complete accordance with both the prophetic revelations given by the man of God in the first and second live service where he gave the call to pray on Friday and on the 13th February.
Later that same Friday 13th February, 2009, a further plane crash occurred – this time in London, UK when British Airways flight 8456 from Amsterdam crash landed in London City Airport.

According to eyewitnesses, the front wheels by the aircraft's nose collapsed when the plane made a hard landing. The aircraft skidded to a halt on the runway and its 67 passengers and five crew were evacuated using the plane's emergency chutes. In response to the incident, the airport has been closed and flights were been diverted to other airports.

We pray for the families and loved ones of the crash victims, that they would find comfort in the words of God in Deuteronomy 33:27, “The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms”.
